Diese AGB regeln das Vertragsverhältnis zwischen Eva Kaiser und den Kunden des Online-Kurses „IG Dream Business“.

These Terms & Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Eva Kaiser and customers purchasing the online course “IG Dream Business.”

(1) Der Kaufvertrag kommt mit Abschluss der Bestellung über CopeCart USA zustande.

(2) Vertragspartner ist Eva Kaiser als Einzelunternehmerin. CopeCart USA fungiert als Zahlungsabwickler.

(3) Der Kunde erhält unmittelbar nach Zahlungseingang Zugang zum Online-Kurs (PER E-MAIL).

(1) The purchase contract is concluded upon completion of the order via CopeCart USA.

(2) The contractual partner is Eva Kaiser as a sole proprietor. CopeCart USA acts as a payment processor.

(3) The customer receives access to the online course immediately after payment is received (VIA EMAIL).

(2) Die Zahlung erfolgt über PayPal, Kreditkarte, Google Pay oder Apple Pay über CopeCart USA.

(1) Bei einem Widerruf erstatten wir den Kaufbetrag innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurück.

(2) Der Zugang zum Kurs wird nach Widerruf entzogen.

(1) Der Kunde muss innerhalb von 6 Monaten nach dem Kauf den gesamten Videokurs ‘IG Dream Business’ zu 100 % durchgesehen und durchgearbeitet haben.

(2) Die Strategien müssen über 6 Monate (ab Kauf des Kurses) aktiv umgesetzt worden sein. Heißt, es muss über eine Zeitspanne von 6 Monaten ab Kauf TÄGLICH auf Instagram gepostet worden sein, und auf Eigeninitiative des Kunden regelmäßig (mindestens 1 Mal im Monat) um Feedback zum Instagram Account in der internen Facebook Gruppe gefragt werden.

(3) Falls nach 6 Monaten und unter Einhaltung der oben genannten Richtlinien kein Einkommen von mindestens 1.000 USD erzielt wurde, wird der Kaufpreis bei Anfrage erstattet. Dazu muss eine E-Mail an vip-support@igdreambusiness.com gesendet werden.

(4) Die Garantie erlischt automatisch nach 6 Monaten.

(5) Produktspezifische Gültigkeit: Die Money-Back-Garantie gilt ausschließlich für das Programm ‘IG Dream Business’. Für Teilnehmer unseres privaten 1:1 Mentorings oder anderer PRODUKTE/Programme gilt ausschließlich die gesetzliche 14-Tage-Rückerstattungsregelung.

(1) The customer must have completed the entire video course ‘IG Dream Business’ within 6 months of purchase (100%).

(2) The strategies must have been actively implemented for 6 months, starting from the day of purchase. This means the customer has to post content on their Instagram page daily and needs to regularly (at least once a month) ask for feedback in the exclusive Facebook Group.

(3) If all guidelines above have been followed and no income of at least $1,000 has been achieved after 6 months, the purchase price will be refunded. Therefore, it’s necessary to send an email to vip-support@igdreambusiness.com requesting A refund.

(4) The guarantee automatically expires after 6 months.

(5) Product Eligibility: The money-back guarantee applies exclusively to the ‘IG Dream Business’ program. All members of our private 1:1 mentoring or any other PRODUCTS/programs are subject solely to the statutory 14-day refund policy.

Der Kunde versteht und akzeptiert, dass Eva Kaiser keine spezifischen Ergebnisse garantieren kann. Alle Inhalte, Informationen und Strategien des Kurses basieren auf eigenen Erfahrungen und Erfolgen sowie denen anderer Kunden. Eva Kaiser übernimmt keine Haftung für physische, emotionale oder finanzielle Schäden, die direkt oder indirekt aus der Teilnahme am Kurs entstehen können.

Client understands and agrees that Eva Kaiser cannot guarantee specific results. All content, information, and strategies in the course are based on her personal experience and the experience of other clients. Eva Kaiser is not liable for any physical, emotional, or financial damage resulting directly or indirectly from participating in the course.

Der Kunde erklärt sich damit einverstanden, dass jegliche Kommentare, Rückmeldungen oder Testimonials, die in Gruppen, Formularen, Umfragen oder im direkten Gespräch mit Eva Kaiser bzw. ihrem Team gegeben werden, von Eva Kaiser für Marketingzwecke (z. B. Website, Social Media, Werbeanzeigen) verwendet werden dürfen. Dies schließt den Vornamen und relevante Inhalte ein. Eine Vergütung erfolgt nicht. Die Nutzungserlaubnis ist zeitlich unbeschränkt und unwiderruflich.

Client agrees that any feedback, testimonials, or commentary shared in groups, forms, surveys, or direct communication with Eva Kaiser or her team may be used for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media, ads). This includes the client's first name and relevant content. No compensation will be provided. The license is unlimited in time and irrevocable.

Alle Inhalte des Programms (z. B. Videos, Worksheets, PDFs, E-Mails, Prozesse, Texte) bleiben geistiges Eigentum von Eva Kaiser. Der Kunde erhält ein nicht übertragbares, widerrufbares Nutzungsrecht für persönliche Zwecke im Rahmen des Programms. Jede Vervielfältigung, Verbreitung, Veröffentlichung oder Weitergabe ohne schriftliche Genehmigung ist untersagt und wird rechtlich verfolgt.

All content provided (e.g., videos, worksheets, PDFs, emails, processes, texts) remains the intellectual property of Eva Kaiser. Client receives a non-transferable, revocable license for personal use within the program only. Any reproduction, distribution, publication, or sharing without written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

Der Kunde verpflichtet sich zu respektvollem Verhalten in allen IG Dream Business-Gruppen. Diffamierende, beleidigende oder destruktive Äußerungen über Eva Kaiser, das Programm oder andere Teilnehmer*innen können zum Ausschluss aus der Community und zum Entzug des Zugangs zum Kurs führen – ohne Anspruch auf Rückerstattung. Die Community basiert auf gegenseitigem Respekt und Empowerment.

Client agrees to respectful behavior in all IG Dream Business groups. Defamatory, offensive, or disruptive comments about Eva Kaiser, the program, or other participants may result in removal from the community and loss of access to the course—without refund. The community is based on mutual respect and empowerment.

(2) Der Gerichtsstand ist Salzburg, Österreich.
